  • to all countries in the European Union (EU)
  • worldwide (international)
  1. Shipping costs

Germany

  • Free shipping within Germany

European Union & 🌍 International

  • Shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis
  • They are based on:
    • Destination country
    • Package size
    • Order weight
  • Shipping is handled by DHL
  • The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order
  1. Delivery times

Deutschland

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

European Union

  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days

International

  • Delivery time: 5–14 business days
    (depending on the destination country and, if applicable, customs clearance)

Note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

  1. Processing time
  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (on business days)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  1. Shipping service provider
  • We ship via DHL
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number
  1. Customs & Import Fees (International)

Additional costs may apply for shipments to countries outside the EU:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import duties

These costs are to be borne by the buyer and will not be covered by us.

  1. Partial deliveries

If a product is temporarily out of stock:

  • We reserve the right to make partial deliveries
  • There are no additional shipping costs
  1. Delays in delivery

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high demand, logistics issues, or force majeure).
In that case, we will notify you immediately by email.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it:

  • Please report any visible damage to the delivery person immediately
  • Then contact our customer service
